Brick ranch home in the popular Appoquinimink School District. Original hardwood floors throughout the home. A good cleaning, fresh coat of paint and new appliances. Great location in north Middletown and easy access to all major routes for commuting. In room private full bathrooms, coffee maker, washer and dryer machine, cooking utensils, television, internet, home phone, home/room office. One room one adult only. Please send me an email.
