Ad a little deceiving
First off we have stayed at several VRBO and all have been great.
Overall the cleanliness of the unit was good and the bed was comfortable. The location was fine for what we were there for.
The listing listed that there were, towels, linens, paper towels, a washing machine, and a dryer.
When we arrived we had only 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, 1 dish rag, 2 dish towels, and 1 paper towel on the roll. We reached out immediately to the property owner and it took him several hours to respond to us. Once he responded, he said he would check with the co-host and get back to us as soon as possible. The next morning, there was still no response, so we had to order a target delivery since we did not have a vehicle with us. Late morning we received a message with a code to check a locked cabinet for towels, the cabinet was empty.
Our stay was for four nights and it was a business trip, so we did have to be presentable during most of our trip so we had no choice but to purchase items that the ad said would be there.
The washing machine and dryer are not in the unit, it is a room on the floor that is shared just an FYI.
There was also a moldy smell coming from the AC wall unit.
After we returned home, the owner did try to reach out for us to send him a receipt for the items we purchased, however, the email address would never come through and he said he would try to email us directly, but no such email came through.
If you book, remember to bring your towels, etc.
