Upon arrival you will greeted by the tranquil sounds of the ocean and towering coconut trees that surround the property.

You can relax in spacious living areas and enjoy the comfort of modern amenities. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for guests to lounge and soak up the sun.

Our Reception Area will welcoming you to CocoVaa. We are available to assist you with any assistance you may need; questions, recommendations, booking reservations or excursions during your stay.

CocoVaa is located in the coveted area of Beacon Hill, situated on the gorgeous Simpson Bay Beach.

CocoVaa has ample parking for your vehicle or bike. We are also more than happy to assist in arranging rental car services or taxi service for you during your stay. In addition, the famous Maho Beach where you can catch the planes landing is just a brisk walk away!

Needed a place near the airport while waiting for a group of friends to meet at a larger home. I wasn't expecting it to be so quite and relaxed at night. Theres a small water front bar and resturant next door which was awesome. Would absolutly stay here again
