I stayed 3 nights and it was just as described. Location was close to WEF as well as downtown and neighborhood felt safe and secure. Would definitely stay again.

Very clean but small studio in a safe neighborhood very close to Wellington Equestrian Center and dining options. Apt has a separate entrance. Motion detector activated lights helps for entry after dark. Ample bedroom with desk, sofa. Large TV with basic cable. Coffee nook and half fridge. No kitchen or appliances other than Keurig. If you want to eat anything bring your own plates, cups and utensils. Quiet other than occasional barks from the homeowner’s dog - but if you close the door to the coffee nook you can’t hear the dog. OK bath with tub/shower and good water pressure.

The VRBO is fine but there is no way to control heat or cool in the room. it depends on what the owner of the house has it set to. So the first night I froze and the last night I was sweating. There is also a dog that barks for very long periods which was very annoying when trying to get an early night

Lovely Stay in Wellington!

Comfortable, lovely apartment! Very clean and the bed is super comfortable. Plenty of space for two people and even has a nice closet space with shelves and hangers. Short walk (with sidewalks) to Publix and restaurants and very close to Wellington International horse show and the polo center. Super easy and fast communication with Angela. We had a small appliance issue and Angela had it corrected that same day! Highly recommend!

Overall a clean, functional space. The water (shower) was cold, however. It took about 5 min to get a hint of warmth and was with very little water pressure.
