 Coffee machine: K-Duo Plus Single Serve & Carafe Coffee Maker (uses both K-Cup pods and ground coffee), electric tea kettle.
 Children: toys, books, toddler bed rails, Graco pack-n-play, high chair, baby play yard/ baby gate, playmat, etc.
 Essentials: all the bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion you will need
 Entertainment: four smart TVs, books for all ages, board games and more.
 Resort/ community amenities: multiple pools, hot tub, tennis court with pickleball lanes, gym, private beach access, beach restaurant and bar, lounge chairs, complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas, shuttle bus, on-site golf course, etc. Note that the unit is not directly on the beach (it is two minutes by car, 15 by foot and five by bike).

The Space
Check into Beach Paradise, our spacious three-story townhouse within the Lost Key Golf and Beach Club. This location in Perdido Key club marries style and comfort. Our home is designed to offer that home-away-from-home vibe, with a relaxing, open-concept feel where families or girlfriend groups can gather, play, and connect. All the while, guests can enjoy top beach vacation amenities, like the resort-style community pool and spa, on-site golf course, and scenic waterfront views.

You’ll never feel cramped here in our three-level townhouse, which features four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and spacious communal areas for up to 12 guests. The stunning primary suite with soothing coastal details is hard to beat, with a deluxe king size bed, walk-in closet, large smart TV, and cozy lounge chairs for reading a good book. The best part? A gorgeous ensuite bathroom with a massive glass walk-in shower and double vanity. We’ve even hooked you up with linens, towels, all the bathing and soap amenities you need.

Guest bedroom #1 and #2 are also sure to impress. The first comes with a deluxe king size bed, and the second comes with a comfy full bed. Both offer large closets, smart TVs, and lovely ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers. Don’t forget to drink in the beautiful pond and golf course views.

Finally, guest bedroom #3 boasts a deluxe king size bed, a cozy interior design, and convenient hallway access to a full bathroom with a shower-tub combo.

After you’re unpacked and settled in, kick back and relax in the main open-concept living room. This bright, spacious area is perfect for fun conversation or TV streaming from the large, cozy couch, or a board game tournament at the dining room table.

Kids will stay entertained with our complimentary kids Pack n play, play yard and mat, and a cabinet brimming with kids toys. And when you need a little “me time,” sneak off to the dreamy screened-in balcony space. Catch up on social media or dive into a new novel from the cozy sitting sectional. Then sip on a glass of wine at night by the blazing upscale gas fire pit.

Time to eat? Groups will appreciate our fully equipped gourmet kitchen, stocked with everything you need to whip up your favorite recipes. Put the stainless steel appliances to good use while you meal prep from the kitchen island. Then gather around the six-person dining table, four-person breakfast bar, or outdoor patio table to eat.

Now, what you came for: outdoor fun! Our private backyard patio is a relaxing place to grill something tasty on the BBQ, or bask in the sun while taking in scenic pond views. When you’re ready to venture out, head to the community pool and spa for a refreshing afternoon swim. Or enjoy access to the tennis court and golf course.

You can also savor a leisurely 15-minute walk to the beach. And no need to pre-plan, because we’ve already equipped you with everything from beach chairs and umbrellas, to a beach wagon, toys, and cooler bags.

Other Things to Note
- Must be 25 years or older to rent.
- NO pets allowed.
- Not wheelchair accessible.
- Guests must sign a liability waiver to use bikes.
- This property is not directly on the beach. It is 2 minutes by car, 5 minutes by bike, 15 minutes on foot. Four bikes are provided for guest use (2 adult, 2 kid bikes).
- Complimentary shuttle bus from and to beach provided by Lost Key. The shuttle operates 7 days a week from 11am-7pm.
- Safety & Security: gated access to the townhome. Nest camera doorbell installed at front door for safety. Smoke and carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher on-site.
- There is a 2-car garage and 2-car driveway space available for guests. Parking on the street is not permitted per HOA rules.
- Streaming TV services may require guest accounts to access.
- We cannot guarantee and assume no responsibility for beach and weather conditions, availability and working conditions of resort amenities.
- We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance.

The Neighborhood
Designed for families or girlfriend groups seeking a restorative getaway, our three-story townhouse is located within Lost Key Golf and Beach Club resort in Perdido Key (Pensacola), Florida. Lost Key offers residents and guests various resort-style amenities, like multiple swimming pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, covered lounge patio, and private beach access.

The Beach Club also offers a pool right on the beach, and an exclusive restaurant and bar area only open to members and guests. Guests also receive complimentary beach equipment, such as umbrellas and towels.

This destination is also a golf lover’s paradise. Enthusiasts will delight in the on-site 18-hole Arnold Palmer Championship course, providing scenic views and a leisurely golfing experience for all levels.

Perdido Key itself is also an idyllic destination, with unspoiled beaches and ample water sports to enjoy. From fishing to kayaking and boat tours, families can immerse themselves in coastal adventures. Local attractions like Big Lagoon State Park, the National Naval Aviation Museum, Johnson Beach National Seashore, Battleship Row, the Wharf Amphitheater, and more are all just a short drive away.
