The lanai has a heated pool, waterfall, spa, outdoor kitchen, dining area, sitting area and lounge chairs. The home is less than 30 minutes from beaches and Armands Circle. The community has spectacular resort-style amenities, including a championship golf course, tennis, pickleball two fitness centers, two community pools, restaurants.
