Lovely 2 bedroom apartment in the very much sought after Club Atlantis in Puerto Colon, Playa de Las Americas.

This is one of the most popular resorts in the whole of South Tenerife, due to the prime sea front location and fabulous local amenities. Situated in the Puerto Colon area of Playa de Las Americas, this complex overlooks the beautiful Puerto Colon Marina and the Atlantic Ocean. The swimming pool and expansive sun terrace are a fabulous place to relax and partake of the food and drinks provided at the pool snack bar and dining terrace. Other facilities on-site include a hairdressers and beauty salon, launderette, TV lounge and meeting area.

Nice apartment and location

Had a lovely stay at apartment. Situated on quite a steep hill. Apartment spacious for 5 of us. Had everything we needed. Lovely complex although sun beds are like gold dust. Lovely sea views. I would definitely stay there again. Security deposit a bit steep....250 euros!

Location is excellent.

We had a lovely relaxing break. The flat has everything you need. The comments from previous review have been taken on board. Puerto Colon beach and sea are great. The pool is nice - but if you want a sun bed I'd advise you to go and put towels on - even though signs say not to, however, for me, the beach wins hands down. I would recommend this apartment and would book.

Das Appartement verfügt über eine schön gelegene westseitige Terrasse mit Blick über die Dächer zum Meer. Die Schlafräume gehen jedoch auf die Straßenseite und sind weniger ruhig, zumal alle Fenster verzogen und undicht sind; auch die Innentüren schließen schlecht. Es wurden offensichtlich seit Jahren keine Erhaltungsarbeiten mehr vorgenommen, sodaß es eine Vielzahl von Mängeln gibt: z.B. Badezimmer: kein Türschloß, keine Waschbeckenbeleuchtung, ungeeignete Häken, fleckige Fliesen, Brauseschlauch defekt, Küche: Geschirrspüler defekt, Armaturen wackelig, Abfluss fast verstopft, . . . Die Ausstattung der äußerst kleinen und unpraktisch angelegten Küche mit Geschirr und Geräten ist äußerst spartanisch, der Kühlschrank steht im Wohnzimmer und ist so laut, sodass er nur bei Abwesenheit eingeschaltet sein kann. Einige Lichtschalter funktionieren nicht bzw. fehlen dazugehörige Lampen. Etliche Sitzbezüge, Hand- u. Küchentücher, Kissen u. Bettbezüge, Böden, Duschvorhang sowie teilweises Geschirr waren fleckig und ungewaschen. Bei Bezug musste gleich eine Kakerlake gejagt werden! Erst nach Generalsanierung und besserer Wartung zu empfehlen!

Ok but could do with improvement for the price

Overall we had a nice time in this apartment which is ideally located near the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment is spacious with comfy beds and has everything you need. Missing from the advert is that it does have some sort of aircon although very old but we did not need this during winter. It also has free wifi which is a bonus. Downsides are that it was not very clean and a bit dated. Even had dead bugs appearing around the kitchen. The dining room chairs are broken and the cushions fall off if your bum gets near the seat. Lounge sofas are old and not very comfy. Balcony table and 3! chairs are ok but again the cushions just fall off as they are from another set. It would have been nice to have 4 chairs as there was 4 of us! Balcony door does not lock and front door lock is stiff and does not hold on the catch, which means you have to lock yourself in each time. The complex (Club Atlantis) is very nice but other guests or residents seem rude and you get the usual fight for sunbeds before they have been unlocked. Other guests didn't like children in the pool and even blocked the stairs for the pool with sunbeds. Overall the apartment is ok but not worth what we paid for one week. If we had booked earlier we would not have stayed here.

Nice apartment with great views

The apartment is quite good: a nice,large and light living,two bedrooms with comfortable beds.A nice large balcony with a seasideview and another balcony with more view to the mountains.Enough amenities in kitchen.We had a good time also because of the nice weather. So we spent also a lot of time at the swimmingpools.

Very nice location!!!

As soon as we arrived at the hotel, we got our keys. The apartement was in a good condition. Everything we needed was there. We had a great seaview and while having breakfast on the balcony we could see La Gomera as well! There are enough shops and restaurants just a few minutes to walk. The beach is just 3 minutes to walk, but there are some more beaches, too. If we´ll have time we will come back. Thank you Slava!!! Derlennardisteinklennard

Playa de Las Americas
San Eugenio is another off-shot of big brother Playa de las Americas. You're ideally placed here for excellent beaches, and just a short walk from Puerto Colon harbour and numerous diving and pleasure boat trips. The pace is definitely slower here than in the heart of Playa de las Americas, and is a self contained resort with all you could need for a relaxing beach holiday. You won't be short of watersports choice, you've everything here from pedaloes to banana boat rides to jet skis and scuba diving. Nearby beaches in this area are all ideal for families, with excellent amenities close at hand. Access to the motorway is easy from here for those wishing to travel the island exploring. The new Siam Park has just opened and is within walking distance, and is said to be an Oriental adventure, not to be missed.
