Villa Rizoelia is a spacious, architect-designed, contemporary villa in the desirable Rizoelia area of Aradippou in Larnaca. Sleeping up to 12 people it’s perfect for multi-family holidays. Unwind by relaxing in the pool, watching the sunset with a glass of wine from the veranda, or curl up on the sofa with a movie or a good book.

Located a short drive from the shops and restaurants of Larnaca Town and a selection of beaches (including Makenzie, Finikoudes and the Larnaca COT beach). Nicosia and Limassol are a 25-minute drive away and it’s a 35-minute drive to Ayia Napa and the East of the island.

The villa has five newly-furnished bedrooms, four en-suites plus a family bathroom and guest toilet. Enjoy free Wi-Fi with high-speed broadband, a private swimming pool and stunning panoramic views over the surrounding hills.

The landscaped garden offers various relaxing seating areas, in both shade and sun and the 8mx4m pool provides hours of fun, relaxation and exercise. There is a covered veranda on the ground floor and another on the first floor, both overlooking the garden and the spectacular views – perfect for a morning coffee, or an evening glass of wine whilst watching the sun set.

There is a large fully-equipped kitchen with walk-in fridge, a laundry room, a spacious dining room, a comfortable living area with TV and an additional TV/Media room with a selection of games and books for your enjoyment. Every room has air-conditioning/heating units. In the garden there is also a large, traditional Cypriot BBQ.

We recommend hiring a car to get the best out of your stay and there is covered, off-street parking for 2 vehicles with additional parking on the road. Across the road from the Villa, you will find a small children’s playground with swings and a slide.

Rizoelia National Forest Park and Picnic Site is a comfortable walk away, offering nature trails, picnic facilities, viewpoints, children’s play areas and 184 species and varieties of plants.

A regular bus service runs from the end of the road into Larnaca town and the surrounding areas.

There is a mini-supermarket 2km away and Lidl, Smart, M&S Food and AlphaMega are a short drive – AlphaMega offers online orders and delivery. Sign up with Foody and/or Wolt for a huge selection of restaurant food delivery to the Villa. You are also a seven-minute drive from Larnaca’s new Metropolis Mall.
