5. Please take care of the furniture and the home. Do not move furniture. Any damage or excessive cleaning may be charged.

6. No food or drinks in the bedrooms. Please enjoy meals in the dining or outdoor areas.

7. Only registered guests are allowed on the property for insurance and security reasons.

8. Please respect check-in and check-out times. Our cleaning team needs the full time to prepare the villa to hotel-level standards.
