Each level is decked out with communal spots. The main floor is a showstopper with floor-to-ceiling windows framing epic views of the slopes at Winter Park. The gourmet kitchen is a dream, boasting high-end appliances, chic granite countertops, and seating for four at a kitchen bar. It’s perfect for casual hangs while you cook dinner for your group. Or, step out onto the balcony for a barbecue with a view or gather around the large dining table for a feast. This is mountain living with a touch of luxury. About the area – Fraser Valley isn't just a spot on the map; it's a year-round playground with the best of the Rockies, including our very own 14er, Byers Peak! Our location, cozied up against the Continental Divide, means consistent winter snow for the powder enthusiasts. And if you're more of a summer adventurer, we've got over 600 miles of trails for biking and hiking. Don’t forget river rafting, fishing, golfing, boating, and more nearby. Indoor types, fear not – there are museums, art galleries, a movie theater, and bowling alley to keep you entertained. The Grand Park Community Recreation Center offers indoor fun like a climbing wall, pools, a waterslide, and a gym. Did we mention the private hot tub? And getting around? What to be aware of:

- No Cable Channels but all TV's have internet TV options.
- Maximum parking for 4 cars on-site. Overflow parking available off-site.
- Strict no pet policy
- Must be 25 years old to reserve this property
- In the event that a private hot tub in a rental property becomes inoperable during your stay, SkyRun Winter Park will make all attempts to correct the problem as soon as possible and refund a maximum of $25 per day.  This does not apply to on-site recreational facilities where the guest has access to.
