Disclosures
The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. There is parking for 2 vehicles in the garage and 1 in the driveway. STR license # 009460.

Great Stay in Winter Park

This was a great place for our Winter Park Ski Trip! Our trip was for 4 teenage boys as their Senior trip and 5 adults. The bedding was perfect for our needs. The trek up four floors is a lot if you're not used to climbing that many stairs in the high altitude but we made it! Absolutely gorgeous place, loved the hot tub and upgraded kitchen. Walking distance to plenty of places to eat as well as to shop. Also not far from the Lift shuttle stop. We would definitely stay here again with a group!

My family and I stayed in this townhome and enjoyed it very much. The location was great, Winter Park Resort was just up the road and restaurants within a two minute walk. I would highly recommend staying in any of these townhomes located on Lionsgate Road.

My husband and I rented this property for our family of grown children and their spouses for a wedding in Winter Park. It was centrally located and contained amenities that we needed (an iron and ironing board!) We especially enjoyed being close to several trail systems for running and walking.

We had an amazing time at this condo! Ample room for 2 large families. The only thing I would suggest is adding a dresser to the downstairs area to be able to put up clothes. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our time and it was so clean and well stocked!

Perfect for all our needs! Very well stocked and comfortable. Winter Park Escapes was very responsive with any inquiries and we took advantage of several of the “free” activities! Just make sure you know what you're getting into with four floors at this altitude! Good that the entry level is the second floor! We would love to return!

The unit itself was fine and in generally good condition; however, our experience with the host and property management company was disappointing. Upon arrival, the private hot tub, advertised as a key feature, was not working. The water temperature was approximately 65 degrees despite being set to 104. We contacted the host and were told a technician would come the following day.The hot tub was repaired the next day and worked properly. Four people in our group used it for about 45 minutes and followed all posted instructions when closing it. We did not eat or drink in the hot tub and took care to leave it in appropriate condition.After checkout the next morning, we were charged a 75 hot tub cleaning fee for allegedly leaving the tub in poor condition. This charge felt unwarranted given the minimal and responsible use. When we reached out to dispute the fee, we were told the tub was working fine when the technician arrived and that it was dirty after checkout, which contradicted our experience, as the tub was not functional our first night.We felt the fee may have been related to requesting maintenance rather than the actual condition of the tub. A phone call to discuss this further was promised but never occurred, and multiple follow-up attempts have gone unanswered. While the unit itself was acceptable, the lack of communication and poor customer service significantly impacted our stay.

Nic location, so many stairs

The location was great, the quality of the property was nice, but the setup wasn't what we were expecting. There were four separate floors with bedrooms on the top and bottom floors only which I did not prefer. We did not know the queen was in the basement. We spent lots of time going up and down the stairs. The doors were very squeaky in the bedroom and bathroom, both bunk rooms had squeaky beds as well. Overall it was totally fine, but for the price I was expecting a bit more.

Spectacular views/ location

We stayed for Thanksgiving week and it was more than we expected. The home was located just walking distance to winter park downtown and the Main Street in which we can get the lift shuttle to get around. Inside home had everything we needed from towels, blankets, dishes, cook ware , games, grill, etc. They also have an arcade in which the kids loved. All rooms had a tv in which they saw movies right before bed to relax and unwind from the activities done through out the day. We had spectacular views of the mountains from our balcony . The best part was having curtains open and looking out ( specially when it snowed) . The beds were very comfortable not to mention the master king size bed in which you can adjust for best comfort. We look forward in staying at this property for our next vacation .
