Fully furnished and fully stocked kitchen house w/ great rooms, open floor plan, pool and double garage. Located on a dead end street in the middle of the Superstitions Springs golf course. Very quiet neighborhood with kids' playground just steps away; close to schools, parks, shopping, access to I-60 and only 10 min from Mesa Gateway airport. Vaulted ceilings, stone floors, kitchen with stainless steel appliances, boos block island and granite countertops. 85" and 75" TVs. Work out room, downstairs master bedroom with a Cal King sleep number bed, desk, private bathroom and walk-in closet. One bedroom with a king size sleep number bed and other two bedrooms with double beds. Upstairs office space with a stand up desk. Indoor/Outdoor cameras. Backyard w/ outdoor seating, grill,, putting green and tower heater. No smoking, no pets, no events. This house is perfect for a extended vacation, corporate housing & relocation for families or temporary short term rental. Monthly rental minimum.
