Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This is a spacious one bedroom apt. Has a walk-in closet with washer & dryer , a Full farmhouse bathroom ,a small office , kitchen and lounge area. Comes with a shared patio ,(but will exclusively for you) that has a four person hot tub . This space ( IS NOT ) Handicap Friendly !! The only entrance is up one flight of stairs. The space is attached to our family home by one out-door insulated door , but has a bolt lock on your side , and ours.
