New Private Penthouse w/beach entry pool in the beautiful, secure, private, community of Pedregal, on the mountain at the end of downtown Cabo San Lucas. The space
Your own private 400 square foot newly built Penthouse/Casita with King size bed, work desk, 55" smart T.V., Air conditioning, Keyless entry and sliding glass doors to pool and deck area. Full kitchen with full size Fridge, stovetop, Microwave, plates, glasses, utencils, pots & pans, etc. Bathroom with shower, soaps, shampoos, towells.

Guest access
Besides your comfy cool "Casita", You will wake to the beautiful sunrises of Cabo San Lucas from your bedroom glass doors. Only a few steps away to your beach entry pool. Many evenings you will enjoy the sounds of the city and firework displays from our comfortable patio furniture and lounge chairs. Please note, the pool has a drop edge to give you a full view. Please do not sit or walk on this edge, it is very dangerous.

Other things to note
Our communty El Pedregal has it's own private beach on the Pacific side and a restaurant that is walking distance from or home service breakfast and lunch. The “Locals” beach is about a 20 minute walk and Medano Beach is just on the other side of the marina. You do not need to renti a car unless you are planning on doing a lot of day trips. However, if you do, we have parking for you.

Excellent spot in Pedregal!

We had a great time hanging out at Baywatch! Charlie and Julie are excellent hosts and we enjoyed meeting them. Great view and even better location! The little casita was perfect for the 2 of us. Everything is new and modern. We plan to visit Cabo again this fall and will definitely stay at Charlie and Julies place!

Charlie & I purchased land here in Cabo in 1995 on our Honeymoon! We loved it that much then & love it even more now! We feel so blessed to have the opportunity to meet so many wonderful travelers & to share our knowledge of Cabo and help them get the exact vacation they need. We finished building our home in 2003 & added a top level with a pool and Penthouse in 2020. We are from Denver, Colorado & decided to move here full time in 2016. We still go back to visit our family in the summer, but Cabo is our home. Thank goodness for video technology!
