Tiny, but super cute!

Great for a short stay and had pretty much everything I needed! Proximity was great for NC State and downtown. Owner was delightful and made sure all you need was there.

Shy of listing description

We rented the property to attended a concert at the Lenovo Center. Check in and communication were fine. The issue was the listing description. This property appears to be a form motel style studio apartment that has been handed over several times. We fully intended to rent a tiny home in the city and arrived with expectation management attached. The apartment had a lingering odor of cigarette smoke even though listed as non smoking. Overall it was an ok stay.
