Great place for families
We thouroughly enjoyed our stay here! We loved how close it was to giant steps and the brian head lodge and shops. It was a bit of a walk, but it was easy to catch the shuttle if we wanted to. The place was clean and had everything we needed to cook. The kids loved sleeping in the loft. They had their own tv and plenty of video games for the playstation which was a bonus. It even has a small secret room with games and a really cool chess set. We were sad to leave. Just to note, there is no elevator and it is on the second floor. It can be quite hard to bring up all your belongings up the stairs, especially if you aren't used to the altitude. Also, the parking spots are very tight and you might want to park it and leave it if you actually can fit in the space. We still enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Neighbor screaming at our door
1. google maps will take you a mile up the road to a field. 2.The door code they sent in text messages are for the lock box on the side of the door not for that front door to the condominiums or the keypad that is on the door of the unit 3. If you have a hard time trying to get into the unit and text someone for help, they will not answer and help. 4. If you have kids do not come here. We had 3 kids and 2 adults int this unit.Within 1 hour of being in the unit we had the neighbors under us come banging and screaming at our door.It was very aggressive and had my daughters in tears. I reached out to the management company. No response. An hour after the confrontation Vacasa called and let me know there was a sound complaint against us and to please quiet down.I explained what happened and that we were currently hiding upstairs to avoid making any noise to avoid a problem again. They said they would reach out to the local Manager and see what to do. No response. I called again in the morning to see if we could leave that day and get our money for the nights we would not stay. Vacasa again had to reach out to local management, our request was denied. We requested to speak to them.No response. We talked to Vacasa 3 more times each time being promised to have someone from local management contact us to help us solve the problem or be allowed to check out. Finally Vacasa agreed to refund us for one night out of their money.Still no communication from local management.
