We had a fabulous time at the condo. Wish they had cookie sheets and a few more kitchen items but beyond that it was perfection! The views of the slopes with the massive picture windows and spacious loft was amazing. Would definitely stay again!

Great location and space, could do with some TLC

This condo is in a great location and has loads of space which is fantastic. The rental agency were also really responsive. Unfortunately it is sparsely equipped (especially in the kitchen) and could do with some TLC.

Nice condo in Brian Head

The property is very nice, in a condo complex across the street from one of the lifts at Brian Head resort. Clean and comfortable space with nice furnishings. The loft family room with TV was very comfortable. Beds were great. The only issues encountered were 1) master bathroom shower did not drain, and there was mildew notable in the shower on the tile. 2) the cookware in the kitchen was in poor condition. Nonstick surfaces had been scraped off and pans were warped. It doesn’t seem that this aspect of the property has been inspected in some time. Otherwise, a comfortable and nicely furnished condo with good location.

Amazing location for a family vacation

We read the reviews after we booked the location so we were anxious but our experience was nothing like the reviews. The place was clean, kitchen appliances were decent, we had everything we needed for a short family vacation. The property manager reached out upon check-in to make sure we had everything we needed. The loft was warm and cozy. Good for family board games. Amazing view from the dining table!! Good place to have some quiet time with your coffee in the morning! The beds and linens were comfortable. It was a really good stay! What could have made it a bit better? We had reached out a few days before our trip and the response to our inquiry was a bit delayed. But we understand because it was during the holidays. As for kitchen stuff, maybe a Keurig coffee machine. It’s been a while since we made a coffee pot so we had to toss out a couple pots because the proportion of coffee was off. Also, we drink wine and a couple wine glasses would have been good.Overall an amazing stay and we highly recommend the place. The kids were able to walk back to rest from snowboarding when needed.

This unit is in the Lofts 4D and has a great location next to the lifts but is FILTHY. We complained about the lack of cleanliness and garage door being broken but the property manager never gave me a call as was promised. All communication was by email or text. I understand that the property manager tried to correct some property inadequacies but our stay was far from ideal. In addition, check in was supposed to be at 4pm but the unit wasn’t ready til 8pm. We chose this place also because of car charging option. This was not possible because the garage door was broken. They tried to have us use another garage but there was so much snow in front of the garage, no access to the garage from the outside, and the dumpster was in the way that we couldn’t even use it. 4D at the Lofts was dirty: hair in the drawers, broken coffee pot, stains and yellow crust on provided blankets, mold on shower curtain, when the stained/dirty brown comforter was washed after I complained, it was delivered still wet and condensation was in the plastic bag making the blanket smell. The downstairs bed is extremely hard and the upstairs bed is extremely springy. It looks like the carpets have not been cleaned in years and the photos of the sofas look nothing like how they are now. The beige sofas are worn and torn. The unit across from 4D is the same cost and soooo much nicer! We paid to stay Mon- Sat but left Friday because the place was uncomfortable and dirty. I would NOT recommend this unit.

The location was very convenient and the condo was nice. The key pad did not work for our whole trip so at times we were locked out for periods so time waiting for the property manager to unlock it remotely.

Amazing property!

It is a beautiful, modern and very stylish property in a fantastic location! Beautifully furnished and very clean. Owners were responsive and easy to deal with. If I were to make a suggestion, the kitchen is lacking in baking/roasting cookware. I think it would be helpful to put there a couple of baking trays and pyrex dishes. As it happens, we brought some with us so it was not a disappointment for us.
