The minimum age to book the property is 25 years old. If the reservation is made while not meeting the age requirement it may result in cancellation based on the regular cancellation policy, the guest will be refunded based on the listing cancellation policy.

Welcome to your private oasis in the heart of Charlotte! This ranch-style home, is blocks from the vibrant SouthEnd, Uptown, and Bank of America Stadium, with a pool and hot tub that make it a perfect retreat!
Step into the fully fenced backyard oasis, where you'll find an in-ground pool, hot tub, grill, and outdoor gas fire pit. The hot tub provides year-round relaxation, while the pool is open from April through October. Grill a delicious meal or enjoy the warmth of the fire pit, the outdoor amenities create such an inviting atmosphere!
Inside you'll find the kitchen, two bedrooms, living room, and a sun room.
The fully equipped kitchen and dining room seats six, with perfect space for preparing and enjoying meals.Enjoy basic cookware & stainless steel appliances, toaster oven, pots/pans, plates/bowls utensils.

The relaxing sunroom offers a tranquil space to unwind through all seasons! The living room includes a queen sleeper sofa and a TV equipped with a Firestick.
Bedroom 1 offers a comfortable queen bed, a SmartTV, and an on-suite bathroom, shower, and tub. Bedroom 2 features a cozy double bed. A second full bathroom with a shower adds convenience for guests.
Fresh towels, and linens are provided for each guest, as well as plenty of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap, and Hairdryers.
This rental is pet-friendly! A non-refundable pet fee of $150 applies, and guests are required to disclose all pets prior to check in.
Guests have exclusive access to all areas of the home, ensuring privacy throughout their stay. The property's fully fenced-in backyard adds an extra layer of seclusion.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to all areas of the home. The home is private property - there is no sharing with others, including the pool and driveway. Fully fenced in back yard!
Pool is open April - October and is closed for winter months - please inquire if your reservation dates are close this time frame to ensure the amenities you want are open. Hot Tub is open year-round.
Other Things to Note:
The home is friendly to both pets and small children, pending they are house trained :). We do NOT allow cats. Any and all pets MUST be approved, requiring a non-refundable pet fee of $150 paid prior to check-in. Any unapproved pets will result in a $350 fine. If pets will be in the property over 1 week, we reserve the right to require guests to purchase travel insurance.
We provide starter supplies, enough for 3-4 day stays. It will be up to the guest to replenish those supplies for extended stays.
