About this property

Spectacular one story, 3 bedroom house with everything you could need, located in an awesome quiet neighborhood, with walking trails, pond, tennis courts, and a little park area. You are minutes from the expressway as well as all the Ballantyne shopping and restaurants. My number one goal is to make sure that you can have the best possible stay you can have! - 15 minutes to Carowinds amusement park! - 5 minutes to Ballantyne! - 25 minutes to downtown Charlotte! LGBTQ Friendly. Pets Welcomed ($50 fee per pet per stay)

Area:
The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. You would feel 100% comfortable going for a walk. There are also walking trails and pond that you can fish in or just sit on a bench and enjoy the view. 5 minute drive gets you to great restaurants and shopping in Ballantyne! Then you are 15 - 20 minutes to uptown, Carowinds amusement park, the Carolina Panthers BOA stadium, and brand new Outlet malls. You really are a $5 Uber ride to everything.

Getting around:
You have a driveway so you don't have to deal with the hassle of finding parking. You can drive anywhere or spend $5 - 10 for an Uber ride. 5 minutes up the road is the light rail you can take to downtown, Carolina Panthers BOA Stadium, or Charlotte Hornets Spectrum Arena.

My goal is that you have the perfect stay and I will do everything possible that you enjoy your stay. I provide a guest guide book of Charlotte that provides a ton of restaurants, shopping, and attractions. I don't want you just to love your stay at my house, but also love your stay in Charlotte!

I am only there when needed. You will get a code to get into the house, so you can get in and settle as soon as you arrive. If you prefer, we never need to meet. However, if you need any additional assistance, Myself, and my co-host, we both live minutes away from the property so please feel free to reach out to us.

Weekend in CLT

This home had all the necessities covered. Location was easy to get to what we needed. We were in town for a wedding shower in Myers Park. The highway access is close. Very clean place, perfect and comfortable for the 4 of us.
