Wonderful house for a large family group (10) in town for a reunion. Clean and well-appointed, spacious, and great location. The host was very responsive and promptly addressed and questions or concerns. We’d recommend it and stay there again!

Easy check in and check out. Can’t beat the location. Great amount of space. We were there for an extended period so would have been better if the master closet was bigger. Don’t bring a thing for the kitchen because other than food it’s all there! Recommend this rental.

Lock on front door didn’t work. Had to call someone to fix. 3out of 4 toilets needs plumbing. After flushing water in bowl would overflow.Towels were never removed from dryer by cleaning crew.

Sorry you had trouble operating a simple door and flushing simple toilets. I always leave a fully stocked kitchen but this does not give you opportunity to take everything. What’s wrong with you ! Good luck with your mattress business. I hope you other hosts do not experience you.

I've grown up in the area and have raised my 4 children here. This home was filled with love by family and friends throughout the years. Now that my children have moved on, so have I, traveling the country in my camper van. I believe this home has a lot more love to give so I'm sharing it to you.
I have hosted other large Airbnb homes previously in Detroit where I continue to rehab homes.

Why they chose this property

Poppleton Park is a very popular neighborhood because of its close proximity to downtown and the parks in the area. Downtown is a 5 minute walk, Kroger and the Mobile convenience store are both 3 blocks away.

What makes this property unique

The home has been designed for many people to enjoy. It's an open floor plan but at the same time you can feel privacy when in the separate rooms.
The front porch is the best part of the home and the back patio offers sun and comfort. The kitchen is set up for cooking with all the amenities that you might need.
