Beau et grand appartement. Bien aménagé avec goût. Jardin privatif et vue magnifique. 3 salles de bains. Ensemble de résidences sécurisées (entrée et à chaque espace de parking) de très jolis espaces verts, belles plantations et entretenues Dommage vu la grande surface qu il n y ait pas de vrai 3eme chambre avec fenêtre sur l extérieur…(c est plus un placard de 3 ou 4 m2). on voit très souvent ça en france dans les appartements de montagne… cela fait l affaire pour un ado. Climatisation fonctionne bien : boîtier de commande à changer car on ne voit pas l affichage de la température. Fuite sous le bac à douche de la suite parentale. Il faut prendre la voiture pour aller à la mer. Nous reviendrons.
