Spent a week in Rome for work reasons. This place was a delightful spot right downtown with many (delicious) restaurant choices and a friendly coffee shop right around the corner. I stopped in there each morning and they greeted me by name. The loft itself is cozy and well laid out. They kept the temperature cool (which made for good sleep). I used the small space heater on low in the evenings and there were ample blankets for relaxing on the couch in front of the TV. I cooked many of my meals in the loft with a full sized stove and fridge. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious for a lift set-up. Rachel a was prompt and accessible Host who ensured I had what I needed. River walk is right across the street.

Apartment was just as described in the description and photos. Only issue was listing said 2pm check out but message received said 12pm check out. I checked out well before 12pm but listed should be updated to reflect actual check out time.

Great loft

Came to Rome for a tennis tournament and feel incredibly lucky to have found this place. Host was very easy in terms of communication, the loft was well equipped and spotless. Location couldn’t have been better.

Exactly as described!

This is the perfect spot to stay in Rome for a couple or singles! It’s right in town, so walkable to stores and restaurants. Quick drive to Berry College. The host was very quick to respond and the studio is exactly as described! Can’t wait to come back!

Cutest Downtown Spot

My daughter and I came to Rome to go to an Emporers game. We also walked around downtown and did a little shopping! This loft is in the perfect location close to shops, restaurants, and the river. It is a studio with the living room, bedroom, and kitchen all in one room, but it is very spacious and cozy. It has a modern look while maintaining the vibe of the original building. Everything was perfect!
