Welcome to your own private and secluded city estate surrounded by woods and nature. Enjoy the grounds from the back patio, covered porch or through the large windows on the main level that let the natural light pour into the newly remodeled 5BR/3BA home. The focal point of the main floor is the fireplace surrounded by the open kitchen, dining and living area. The first floor main bedroom suite features a huge bathroom with dual head shower, double vanity sinks, sitting area and toilet closet. The main floor is completed with an office, full bath, mudroom, and laundry. The second floor features four bedrooms and a full bath each complete with a ceiling fan and smart TV. The finished basement space provides a second living area with fireplace and smart TV.

This property is definitely an oasis in the middle of the city. It's tucked away from everything but so close to everything. Loved our stay here! The perfect place to unwind, unplug and chill but yet close to things to do and restaurants. The house is beautiful, so clean and has everything one needs. Galen was very responsive with any questions.

A secret oasis

This property is even better than the pictures suggest. It is absolutely gorgeous. We rented it as a family because we had a family event to attend for the weekend, and we didn’t even want to leave the house after checking in. We’re going to start visiting this family more often just to rent this place

Beautiful property

The property is absolutely stunning! The grounds create a private garden type surrounding and beautify lawn to enjoy the many outdoor games provided on-site. The interior is spacious and well appointed with large quantities of utensils, glasses, plates, pots and pans to accommodate a large group. The basement is a plus with games and pool table. Plenty of room for gathering together or finding your own quiet space. Highly recommended!

Canton music gathering

We (from Oregon, Illinois, Oklahoma & Colorado) met up in Canton to see the Canton Symphony Orchestra play with bluegrass band The Steel Wheels. No sight seeing or restaurant visits. Just hanging together at the house and playing a bit of our own music and games. GREAT space for us!!

Secluded but Accessible

We booked this gorgeous spot for a girls getaway week in Canton. The house sits on a beautifully wooded property that makes it feel like you are in the middle of the forest with no neighbors in sight. However, it actually is right off a main drag close to everything you can imagine (shopping, dining, vineyards, etc). Inside, every attention to detail was made when this listing was renovated. There is ample space to gather with friends or family, a gaming area in the basement, or firepit outside. We absolutely loved our stay and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone without reservation.

Nice place. It was really perfect. We werenin town to play in the state pokl tournament. The table in the basment was nice. I would suggest an on demand hot water system. The 50 gallon couldnt keep up with 3 showers. I knew that so my people scheduled to accommodate... im a master hvac/plumber... but i would rent it again just for a getaway....

Gorgeous inside and what a yard!

The whole experience was more than I could have imagined, even with all the photos on the listing! We were in town for a big family wedding. This is 5 star all the way. First, the setting: it's an oasis in the middle of a busy area. Imagine finding the address on the mailbox and driving up a winding, tree lined driveway to a beautiful wooded lot with absolutely no street noise. It's idyllic. We saw a mama and baby deer in the backyard! Second, the house is completely renovated and absolutely gorgeous. The master suite on the main level is stunning and the bath is just wow. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs including a bunk bed room that we didn't use. Gorgeous kitchen stocked with everything you'd need. There's a screened porch where we all spent a lot of time with extended family. If you're ever coming to the N. Canton/Akron area this place is where to stay!

The entire house was spot on clean! Very comfortable to sit around and visit with family. The large dining room table was perfect for eating, crafting and playing games. Kitchen was great. SO clean! We like to cook in so it was very nice to have everything at our fingertips!! We would recommend this to everyone. No negative comments at all.

Great Holiday Stay

Our family of 9, including 6 adults, 2 toddlers and a baby stayed at this property over the 4th of July holiday weekend. It was a great location and very well-appointed for our needs! We loved the beauty of the back yard and even used it as the backdrop to our family photos. Communication with the owners was exactly as you would expect! We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back in the future!
