Welcome to So Coastal! We are finally back after Hurricane Ian!! This is a beautifully decorated, family and pet friendly 700 sqft home with an amazing screened outdoor area. We are centrally located with 3 beaches within 5 miles of the property. Enjoy the best of what SWFL has to offer. We have the beach supplies and basic necessities to have a worry free short term vacation stay including a full size laundry room! Take a walk along the beach and see an amazing sunset that is 1.2 miles away!

Cozy and clean home

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at So Coastal. The location is only minutes away from Sanibel Island . The home was decorated so beautifully and the vibe was so relaxing. We sat out for hours on the screened in porch area reading. The neighborhood was very quiet. Shawn was wonderful to work with from beginning to end. Great experience!

Our stay at So Coastal

The location is where we wanted to be as we were visiting relatives at Shell Point. The property was a much better value than staying at a hotel, and it provided more amenities like a home. There is a workout vicinity close by with day / week passes for visitors which was a plus. We didn't bring our pets this trip, but it is nice to know they are welcome.
