Your Own Little Piece of Beaver Creek with a Front Range Location

The house is Colorado Contemporary with a lodge like feel. Entering through the 2 car garage is a downstairs den with gas fireplace and big screen TV. This area contains a queen size fold out bed and a full bathroom. An ideal area for 1 or 2 young adults, or perhaps older parents, or guests. In addition there is a large laundry room.

Going upstairs is the main living area. A Gourmet Kitchen, peninsula bar with seating for 4, and table for 4. A Great Room with a spectacular elk antler chandelier, large screen TV, wood fireplace and plenty of seating. Adjacent is a spacious office with a trundle bed couch which can sleep two. Next to that is the hickory bedroom with a queen size bed and a full bath. These 2 rooms would work well for a family with children.

Going upstairs are essentially 2 Master suites. Well appointed with a king size bed and bathroom, the other a queen size bed and bathroom. All this surrounded by beautiful views out every window and decks make this the perfect mountain retreat for your family and friends.

Very clean with beautiful surroundings

High quality appliances, decorations, furniture. All of the sleeping spots were comfortable and the 2 master suites went beyond expectations. Overall a great place to stay.

amazing accomodations!

We booked this beautiful house for a group of 7 adults for a long weekend getaway. We could not have been more impressed! The house is perfectly appointed and was great for a group our size. We were close by to great food, hiking and RedRocks. The owners we fabulous to work with and we can't wait to book a return trip!

wonderful getaway in the foothills !!

home is very well maintained and nicely furnished, we had a wonderful time over the 4th of July holiday....the home's floor plan worked well for our group from a toddler to the adults, we all had our space as well as a nice gathering area out and in. Bert was great to work with....definitely would recommend this property to anyone looking for a place close to the city but away from the hustle bustle !!

fabulous mountain home 12 minutes from Evergreen

I spent two weeks here with my daughters and a couple friends who stayed at different times during my stay. The bedrooms and bathrooms are wonderful and so comfortable. I felt so at home and had every amenity I needed. All kitchen needs were in place and new! The home is beautifully decorated and even has a hot tub! I would highly recommend it for a small group or a lot more!

Gorgeous property great for multiple couples

Bert was so friendly and helpful during the whole process of finding the right rental house to securing the contract and being readily available to answer any questions during our stay. The property itself is the best (and cleanest) rental property I've stayed in. Multiple wide screen tvs throughout the house, plenty of plates, glasses, silverware, comfortable beds, plush towels... The list of perks goes on and on! Ladies there's a blow dryer in each bathroom plus travel size shampoo and soaps. The owners really thought of everything in order to make your stay as comfortable as possible. If I'm ever able to visit the beautifully serene Evergreen, CO with a large group I can assure you Bert will be the first person I call!

Beautiful Home with all the Extras!!!

My husband and I and our 5 children stayed in this beautiful home during our vacation in Colorado. It is very spacious with a lot of extras. The beds are very comfortable. Each bedroom has a TV and the two upstairs bedrooms have their own bathrooms. We ate all of our meals outside on the deck which has a gas grill. The kitchen is stocked with basic seasonings and small appliances include a crock pot, mixer and blender. We also enjoyed the hot tub after our adventures of white water rafting and four wheeling in Rocky Mt. National Park. The house is immaculate and has beautiful decor. We will recommend it to all of our friends. Thanks Bert & Suzan for letting us stay in your beautiful home. :)

This property was perfect for our family.

This property was in pristine condition. Every room was warm, welcoming and decorated nicely. The home had everything that you would need. Towels, shampoo, conditioners, soap, hair dryers, and a washer dryer. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to prepare a meal including spices, coffee and sugar. You just needed to supply the food. We did cook there everyday. Either inside or on the gas barbecue grill. Imagine sitting inside at the breakfast table watching deer grazing outside ten feet away. It was very exciting and we saw wildlife everyday.the owners answered all my questions and got back to me promptly. When we are in Evergreen again we will call them to see if this property is available.

Colorado Vacation for Friends

We decided in April that a group of our friends (4 couples) would take a vacation in Colorado. We started researching and emailing potential vacation homes for our visit. The owners of this property were prompt and very friendly in answering our questions. All 4 couples had their own bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The accommodations exceeded expectations. The house is newly updated and has beautiful decor. We spent most of our time outside on the deck or in the hot tub. The views are amazing! We also had an elk walk through the yard one evening which was an incredible experience. We cooked a couple meals in the kitchen and used the gas grill. Everything we needed was included. We were about 15-30 minutes from all our activities. We went white water rafting in Idaho Springs, went to Evergreen to eat and get groceries, saw a concert at Red Rocks and finished our trip with a drive up Mount Evans. The Little Bear had great food and live music in Evergreen. The Tommyknocker Brewery and Pub in Idaho Springs was our favorite. Overall this was a perfect vacation home for our group of friends. It was isolated enough for some privacy, but close enough for all our activities during our vacation. We will definitely be using this vacation home for years to come!! Four Couples From Iowa

My wife and I are employed by a large airline. We travel a lot and evergreen is our favorite place to be. We have been all over the world and this is the place we love to come home to. She is a flight attendant and takes care of the esthetics, I am a pilot and have know idea how to do that.

Why they chose this property

Evergreen is a fantastic place to live and we are sure it will only get better. We live right around the the corner from this house and saw it's potential to be a mountain home for many people to use as they need to. We are sure you will fall in love with it as we have.

What makes this property unique

Beautiful weather, sunshine that you can enjoy (no air conditioning required). We have tried to make this home a place that has ever thing you will need to enjoy yourself. Perhaps a family were 1 or both parents need to work at home on the internet or in Denver or Boulder. Easy access to the airport, and all of Colorado in your backyard.
