Our 2021-renovated lodge offers everything you`ll need for a comfortable stay. Get a full night’s rest on our memory foam mattresses. After a long hike or day on the slopes, relaxing in the jacuzzi tub in your room is a must!
You will be welcomed the moment you walk in the door by clean sent, wooden furniture, cozy sitting areas, and custom gas fireplaces that create the feel of a mountain oasis.

The cabin has a gas fireplace in the living room AND master bedroom, and each bedroom has its own bathroom. Each bathroom features a glass walk-in shower, and the master bathroom has the added bonus of a jacuzzi tub to highlight your relaxing stay or romantic getaway ;)
Each large bedroom has its own closet with hangers and a desk area for our work-from-home guests.
Yes, we are dog friendly but we only allow maximum of 2 dogs. Your furry friends are welcome for an additional pet fee (please contact us prior to booking to ensure availability). With consideration for future guests and those with allergies, we ask that pets do NOT get on any of the furniture including the beds and you cannot leave your dogs unattended.
The property itself has plenty of bonus amenities to explore.
We offer contactless check-in, 24/7. You can access your room via the smart lock on the door anytime during your stay. The code will be sent to you prior to check-in (easy-peasy!) and will be functional from check-in to check-out.
We have a local manager who can be available for extenuating circumstances or in emergencies. Otherwise, you will have a contact-less check-in and checkout procedure.
Please be aware that other guests are staying in other units. The building was built in the 1950s, and unfortunately, because of the thin walls, noise can sometimes be heard from other units. However, we have property managers on site for any noise complaints should it get to that point!
Your furry friends are welcome for an additional pet fee (please contact us before booking to ensure availability). Considering future guests and those with allergies, we ask that pets not get on any furniture, including the beds.

This was the second time we stayed here. It is a great option for our group of five a dog. It is clean, well appointed, and the location is great, walking distance to the most happening area of South Lake. Also Rob is super responsive.
We stayed here for a bachelorette trip and it was great! Close to the beach, walking distance to the village, and private parking made it very enjoyable. The group fit comfortably in the space and had a great time.

The noise thru the walls was terrible, you can hear everything thru the walls, even if you are not talking loud, the shower could scald you in the master bathroom, if someone opens the water somewhere else the water gets cold and then super hot, and I didn’t like the fireplace been seen thru since it’s straight where the master bedroom is and the door of the bathroom, you have to be careful with that, no much for privacy.
Great location clean upstairs unit. The remodel was done well and the kitchen was well stocked. Surprised there was no oven but everything else was awesome. Would highly recommend
The room was clean, well stocked. Had the smell of dog urine. The first day was fine, but the following morning we were awakened by workers outside our bathrooms climbing up the wall onto the roof at 7 a.m. to do work!!! This was not good!!! We had gotten in late the night before!

Check in was communicated well. However, the room was not ready at the promised time (4PM) Housekeeping was still working until 4:35 PM. We have an event to attend and this was an inconvenience. There were also no supplies in the shower. And as there was no on site, management, we could not get anything. We reached out to their e-concierge team and they would not even consider a partial refund. Had we overstayed our check out they would have applied a penalty. This should work both ways as the room was not completed as promised.
This was nice just realize it was up stairs. This would usually not bother me but i have a hurt leg. Also the construction. We were not told about it before hand so upon arriving i thought we had the wrong place and that we were going to have to find last minute lodgings. But beds were comfotable.
Great communication, good location for walking to the beach and in town restaurants. Pool was bigger than it looked in pictures and we used the onsite BBQ which was a nice bonus. One drawback is that the listing says it has AC but it’s not central and the unit is located in living room (neither bedroom) which would’ve been nice to know. It was a warm week in Tahoe so it was warm at night in the bedrooms. Likely not an issue most of the season but it was for us.

Our stay was disappointing, and the property did not match the photos shown in the listing. The pictures gave the impression of a well-equipped and comfortable space, but the reality was very different.The kitchen was stocked with extremely cheap plastic utensils and low-quality pots, which made cooking almost impossible. For a place advertised for larger groups, the basics should be much better.We booked this property for six people, yet the dining table only had four chairs. It was inconvenient and uncomfortable trying to eat together, and it’s something that should have been clearly addressed before our arrival.The beds were another major issue. They were very uncomfortable, unstable, and made loud noises with even the slightest movement. Getting proper rest was difficult, and this greatly affected our stay.Suggestions for Improvement:•Upgrade the kitchen utensils, pots, and pans to proper, usable quality.•Ensure the dining table and seating match the number of guests the listing accepts.•Repair or replace the beds so they are sturdy, quiet, and comfortable.•Update the listing photos to accurately reflect the current condition of the property.Overall, the place has potential, but it needs several improvements to meet guest expectations and deliver the experience shown in the listing photos

Inaccurate Information
The place is nice and within walking distance of the lake and restaurants. However, the description of the unit is not accurate. It mentioned that there is AC, but there is no AC. It was too hot with both fireplaces' ignitions on. There were no instructions on how to use the appliances, including the TV. There was no privacy. You could not open the windows. People walking by can see the inside of the unit. The curtains were not enough for coverage.
There were no specifications of where the unit was. They put us on the second floor. We have a family member with a mobility issue. When asked for a ground floor room, we were told there was no family unit on the ground floor. It was too late to change accommodation.

No Air Conditioning
I am writing to express my frustration with the misleading listing of the property I recently stayed at. The apartment was advertised as having air conditioning, but it did not. For a two-bedroom apartment, there was only a single portable rolling air conditioner unit, which could only cool one room. This was particularly frustrating during the summer months, as we had to sleep with the windows open in the other room. This not only compromised our privacy but also exposed us to loud noises and people walking by at all hours.
Additionally, the listing was deceiving because it did not guarantee the unit shown in the pictures. The unit we were assigned was located upstairs with no elevator access, which we were not informed about beforehand. This was another source of frustration.
Despite these major issues, the apartment itself was decent.
