Centrally located rental

My family and I stayed at Tim’s property to visit relatives in town. The property was centrally located to popular San Diego shops and restaurants. The rental was well equipped with all essentials you’d need. The second bedroom however is very tight for adults and more properly suited for younger guests. Communication with Tim was prompt until check out where he tried to make false accusations about our stay which was disappointing. It’s a great location with parking in a quaint neighborhood but our end result as fair guests left us unwilling to stay again.

Centrally Located House

We were very impressed with Tim's small 2 bedroom/2 bath house. This place has plenty of room and space. The master bed was very comfortable. The master bedroom is right next to the street and we barely heard anything at night. The parking behind the gate was very easy to get in and out of with our Grand Highlander. This home is centrally located in San Diego. We will definitely stay here again if we need a place in the San Diego area.

Perfect

An absolutely perfect house for three of us for seven nights in San Diego. Our favorites were: 1. the dedicated, gated parking spot 2. the heat 3. the dishwasher and the W/D 4. the pretty kitchen 5. the good mattresses 6. great host response. The house was in pristine condition, completely stocked, and secure; a joy to stay in.
