Had a great stay! Loved the location and the parking garage was a huge plus. Had plenty of room and was able to watch the New Year’s Eve fireworks from the balcony. Would definitely stay again.
Great condo near many activities. We were in town for SDSU parents weekend and this was a perfect location to attend various events. It was clean, quiet and easy to access.
Park Blvd Paradise was the perfect home away from home. Super comfortable, nicely perched away from the street whilst being surrounded by the amazing University Heights neighborhood, I cannot wait to come back.
House was perfect. The hosts were amazing. There was secure parking! The house had everything we needed for our stay. Next time you come into town we will definitely be reserved in the house again.
This property is very nice and well appointed. Separate upstairs bedroom, bath, and AC unit make this property work well for 2 couples or families.

Awesome place, pristine clean, very spacious and great for a family. We enjoyed it thoroughly.
This place was absolutely beautiful. The communication with the owner was very timely and responsive. The amenities were great! Would definitely recommend to anyone to stay here! Very clean! The location was 15 minutes away from all the major attractions that we wanted to do while staying in San Diego! 5 stars!!!
The unit is excellent. Right in the heart of the University Heights neighborhood of San Diego. Covered parking was so great to have and not worry about finding a street spot. Loved the views from the balconies. Couldn’t have asked for a better space to spend the weekend. We will definitely stay again next time we are in town.
Great property in the neighborhood. Walk to coffee shops, ice cream, pie, dinner, lunch, etc. Also great location to get around San Diego. As a guy that grew up in very similar environments, its was perfect. The only thing missing is a workout room, but the neighborhood vibe makes up for it....

Good location, a few breakfast places nearby cook their eggs in the microwave which was a disappointment, the apartment though was perfect. I had no issues at all here. The only thing to keep in mind when leaving the apartment is that the door does not auto lock so using the keypad to lock the door is a must. The bigger bedroom is on the top floor, so this apartment worked for my needs, I stayed with a co worker and we never needed to see each other because we had our own bedroom and bathroom separated by an entire floor which was even better than expected. Thanks again!
I stayed with my partner and my handicapped mother here for one month while we were moving into a new home. The property is highly upgradeded and modern, in a perfect walkable location on Park boulevard within a couple of blocks of several excellent restaurants coffee shops clubs and bars. There's also a CVS one block away. . The property is advertised as ADA compliant and wheelchair accessible. It is, kind of, but the master bathroom is not safe for someone confined to a wheelchair. The only handrail at the toilet is not useful as it is behind the toilet and obstructed by a glass shelf. My mother needed to go outside and use the safer restroom in the hallway which does not have a shower.. the home has 4 smart TVs which all worked great. The internet worked great, the kitchen was well equipped and the parking was perfect easy and secured underground. There was an elevator up to the top floor where the apartments are located. It was also very quiet, so overall it was a great stay and I would certainly recommend it to others!
