Welcome to our Pawleys Plantation Retreat and Golf Community, located minutes from the beach! Shopping, attractions, great dining and a gold course backyard!

Great location for beachgoers, business travelers, wedding weekends, golfing, shopping, getaways, etc.

The Space:
The spacious open floor plan allow you to cook in the well-appointed kitchen while chatting with your friends and family. The screened porch offers a great place to enjoy a book or a cool drink with a great view. Enjoy a cup of morning coffee in the rocking chairs on the front porch.

Amenities:
Playing around moss-draped oak trees and along a stunning tidal marsh, the Jack Nicklaus-designed Pawleys Plantation delivers the type of experience golfers expect of a layout designed by the game's greatest champion.

Palmetto Jacks at Pawleys Plantation newest restaurant is nestled in the breathtaking landscape of the course, boasts a creative menu, expansive outdoor/indoor seating with panoramic views of a picturesque tidal marsh. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and cold drinks are walking distance from the condo.

Outdoor pool located right near the condo with pool pass included.

Guest Access:
This is a gated community. You be given an access pass to the community on the day you arrive. Stop at the security gate to pick up your pass.

We had a lovely stay. The layout of the condo was nice, the access to the pool was also nice. The gated community was pleasant and peaceful. Close to great restaurants and the beach.Host was very helpful and responsive to the questions we had over the holiday weekend.

You will not be disappointed if you stay at this property. It is very clean and has comfortable furniture/beds. This is a quiet, safe location. The state park pass was a nice extra! We appreciate the zoned central AC and the fact that we got to control the temperature.

Thanksgiving at the beach!

The condo was very nicely furnished and decorated and was equipped with everything we needed. The owner even thought of providing device charging stations, a South Carolina State Park pass, and a great dressing table/desk in the master. All appreciated.
