This 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, sleeping 12 guests estate is waiting to be enjoyed by your group! This home has two private balconies to go along with the deck. The amazing centrally located home allows for an easy commute to South Lake Union or downtown!

Take a step into this three story piece of paradise, and find yourself surrounded by top of the line finishes, loaded amenities, and a breath taking view. This 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, 3500 sqft home sleeping 12 guests is your perfect place for the family to enjoy. The home has two different balconies, along with a large deck in the backyard to sit back and relax with your favorite drink in hand. Let the string lights sparkle above your head, laughing over memorable times your group has had together in the crisp Seattle weather. This home has four sleeping areas for adults, and one room dedicated to the kids. The kids room has a twin over full bunk, along with a pull out twin trundle giving you the option to have four kids enjoy their dream slumber party. After a long day outside enjoying the beautiful views and walking to the nearby attractions, relax in one of our two family rooms. The primary family room is right off the fully stocked magnificent kitchen, while the other is downstairs in the game room. Treat yourself to your second kitchen space, giving you essentially two separate areas if preferred!

A Wonderful Home!

This is a beautiful property in a great neighborhood with excellent views of the bay! My colleagues and I stayed here while we were in town for a conference and the house provided the perfect landing pad for us after a long conference day. We started each day with a morning meeting out on the back patio and it was a great way to start the day. My only note was that we all found the mattresses in the house to be rather hard but that's a minor critique. I hope to come back to Seattle soon and to stay in this wonderful home again!

Queen Anne View Home Review

Our family had an amazing time at the Queen Anne View Home! It was easily one of the best vacation rentals we have ever stayed in if not the best. The neighborhood is quiet/safe and still close to everything. The home is beautiful! The pictures do not do justice to how big and spacious it is. Our group of 10 fit easily across the two living rooms, two kitchens and 5 bedrooms and the garage had plenty of space for both of our cars. The views were great as well. We loved having our coffee every morning and looking out at the water. Finally, we enjoyed the privacy of the deck off of the primary bedroom. We will 100% book this house anytime we're in Seattle and our kids are already looking forward to their next stay. Lastly the hosts were very responsive and super friendly with anything we needed as well not that we needed much with how well stocked the home was
