Quiet neighborhood and worked for us. The AC was great at the end of the day. Parking was street side but never a problem. Communication was great. All questions were promptly answered.

Comfortable and quiet stay

Overall it was a good place to stay for a few nights while we visited Colorado. Parking was easy and the rooms provided a comfortable place to rest after a long day of hiking or exploration.

Leslie’s place was just as described in the photos and listing. The neighborhood is nice and peaceful. Check in was easy and we had no issues during our stay. I would definitely book with Leslie again if I visit Colorado.

Overall impressed with the property. Our host was very attentive making sure we were ok or needed anything during our stay. I feel basement rentals get a bad rap but this place blew it out of the water with being clean, being airy and spacious. Thank you for making our stay in Colorado amazing.

Not Walk-Out

This quaint little place was very clean and was fine for what we needed for a quick overnight, no meals. However, there is no kitchen--no sink, no dishes, no table, etc--just a fridge and microwave. The only source of water is the bathroom sink. Also, the "Walk-Out Basement" is very misleading: it is a full flight of stairs to the unit from the ground level. We did not have much luggage, nor are we mobility limited, but no where in the listing does it comment about the stairs. The property manager provided check-in details once requested just prior to checking in, and was very responsive through the app messaging. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the movement from the residents above was not a problem for us.

Clean, Safe, Spacious — But Not a Walk-Out Basement

We stayed here for 9 nights (June 28 – July 7) and found the unit to be very clean and located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The main living area is spacious and comfortable, with a large sofa a desk chair and a 40" TV — a nice place to relax. Communication with the host, Leslie, was prompt, warm, and helpful.One important clarification: this is not a walk-out basement. The entrance requires going down a full flight of exterior stairs, and there’s no direct ground-level exit from inside the unit. Guests with mobility concerns or heavy luggage should take this into account.The space is similar to a two-bedroom hotel suite without a full kitchen — comfortable for short stays if your needs are light. However, a few details may be helpful for future guests:What Worked Well:Very clean and peaceful environmentQuiet, residential neighborhoodLarge, comfortable living room with lots of seatingKind and responsive hostIdeal for short-term staysThings to Know:Access: This is not a walk-out basement, as described.
