As you walk inside, take notice of the high ceilings, elegant furnishings, and overall tropical ambiance. With its effortless indoor/outdoor living flow, there are numerous spots for you to enjoy special moments with your loved ones. A focal point of the property is the enclosed pool and spacious lanai. Furnished with comfortable seating and an outdoor TV, the lanai offers a serene spot to sit, visit, and watch the kiddos as they play in the pool's turquoise water. A pool spa is available off the pool for late-night soaks. Additionally, anglers will appreciate the provided fishing poles.

Sure to delight any chef, the full kitchen displays a suite of stainless steel appliances and gleaming countertops. When you aren't showing off your culinary expertise here, fire up the gas grill and host a barbecue.

Sizable and well-decorated, the home's bedrooms are all cooled by central air-conditioning and are adorned with high-quality bedding. Dock details:
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Palm & Friends Estate
What a beautiful and welcoming vacation retreat. My husband and I. along with my 2 sisters and their spouses spent a relaxing time there. The house offered everything we were looking for. You will not be sorry to book your stay here. Vacasa was a great rental agency to work with. We had the opportunity to meet the owner, he was very prompt when we had a question about the pool and spa. We definitely would stay here on our next trip to Florida.

Horrible beds! Electronics Meh.
This would have been a 4 star, but the beds were horrible. The master bed had the hardest bed of them all, equivalent to laying on concrete. It made it hard to enjoy the property due to being tired from the lack of sleep. There was also construction going on next door. Understandably there is no way to control this aspect of the stay, but with the lack of sleep it made it worse. We wish there would have been higher quality electronics throughout the house. A nicer tv in the master would have been nice, instead a 1994 tube TV, we get it, it was in the ad. That's on us. By the pool it would have been nice to have ability to have the Roku/firestick, but no, antenna tv only. It is so unfortunate because we would absolutely book again if it wasn't for the beds. Out of all the hotels/VrBo beds we've ever stayed, this was by far the worst.
