About this property

The perfect location: Only two blocks away from the Grand central market, and Little Tokyo. It’s also less than a block away from a metro station. 800sqft beautiful loft with the most stunning garden view. Very specious loft with a lot of natural light. The Broad museum, LA opera and the best restaurants in LA are walking distance! We have a doorman to help with anything building related and great security system. Shared rooftop and a dog park across the street from the building.

Why they chose this property

People think LA is all about driving, but not for people living in DTLA. I think my place is special because you can easily get by without a car. You can literally walk grocery shopping or bar hopping. You can even walk to the opera!

What makes this property unique

My loft is in a building that was built in 1910 --at that time it was the tallest and the most beautiful building in DTLA. Over a hundred years later it's now recognized as a historical building and is protected under the act.
Of course, there is a beautiful view from my place and a gorgeous rooftop, but the best thing is the location, especially if you like to feel like you're living in a real city!
