Owner takes care of lawn and maintenance. Onsite coin operated washer and dryer (1st wash/dry complimentary). Storage rental available for additional $50 per month.

Flexible with short-term leases (30 days minimum). The unit requires a $1200 deposit with $600.00 refundable. If staying longer than 30 days first and last month, and $200 damage deposit due at lease signing. If a second person stays more than two consecutive nights, there is a $200 monthly fee due prior to the third night stay.

1 guest preferred at a time. Can host additional guests for weekend stay. Additional guest stays over two consecutive dates are charged $200.00 per month.

This is the house my mother and family grew up in. We have the nicest property on the block. Love that it is near so many cool places and landmarks. Very accessible.

What makes this property unique

The studio unit is a brand-new addition and thoughtfully designed and planned with quality furnishings. We must admit, the only downside is that the walls are thin. When occupied, you can hear other guests in the unit directly next to it.
