✓ This property is in the gated community of Sea Pines and a car pass is required for every vehicle. 1 car pass is included with your reservation. Please contact host 1 week prior to arrival to purchase additional car passes as we have to arrange them in advance with Sea Pines for $17.00.
✓ This home is not pet-friendly, please plan accordingly.
✓ Town of Hilton Head Island quiet hours are enforced between 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
✓ Safety equipment for the pool or spa is not included, swim at your own risk.
✓ The pool can be heated for an additional $100.00 per day. Please request pool heat by contacting the host prior to arrival. Please note that the heat pump only allows the pool to heat to approximately 20 degrees warmer than the lowest nighttime temperature.
