Ground floor apartment a short walk (5 mins) from downtown Deland’s restaurants and cultural attractions, many of which are dog friendly. Blocks away from the Stetson athletic fields and Earl Brown Park. 15 minutes from Blue Springs, 40 minutes from Daytona and New Smyrna beaches. Full kitchen and an incredibly comfortable queen bed. Plenty of parking for cars, bikes, and trailers. Wifi and TV included.

Large yard for dogs, cats welcome too! We are about a .5 mile walk a dog park. Pet fee req.
