Very clean and looks like the photos. Listing doesnt mention that there is only street parking and the apartment is behind another house. Its also a downstairs apartment and I was kept awake or woken up by the people upstairs multiple nights. Its a nice place but I would opt for another place if I was in the area again.

The apartment, which is not in the most up-scale neighborhood, was decently remodeled and contained some inexpensive furniture and accessories. The AC unit kept the place comfortable while outside temperatures were in the 70s. It was easy to hear the folks in the apartment upstairs who were clomping around after 11pm and before 6:30am. The shower head was almost non-functional with the given water pressure. Overall, a decent place to stay, but (with added fees) I expected more for 150 per night.

Love it

It’s a beautiful one bedroom apartment the location is not far from anything. A mile down the road is a small local beach that you can take your dogs too. If you need anything the host was quick to respond or quick to come help you. I will rent again

Great Stay

Me and my girlfriend had a great stay at this place. It’s very clean, the appliance’s and kitchen are great. The host was very quick to respond with any questions I had. Neighborhood isn’t the nicest, but it’s a close 3-4 minute drive to downtown. Bring extra blankets if you want more.

Me and my boyfriend booked for senior spring break trip to Florida. Lovely little home, perfect for 2 people. Only con was the neighborhood and area, not the best kept but neighbors were friendly; we had no issues. House was spotless when we checked in and A/C was very cooling. Check in and out process was very simple!
