Two story townhome with both bedrooms upstairs. Bedroom #1 has a king bed, with private bathroom and private upstairs patio. The 2nd bedroom has a queen and a twin bed. TVs provided in both bedrooms with roku streaming stick. The couch in the living room has a pull out queen sleeper sofa. Half bath downstairs. Bar seating for 4. Dining table that seats 6. Arcade game in your own living room for hours of entertainment!

Outside storage box to hold all beach supplies. Includes 2 beach chairs, one beach wagon, toys, golf balls, putters. 6 beach towels provided during your stay. Outside patio is great for grilling out with propane gas grill with table and chairs. Steps away from one of 5 heated pools that can be seen from your patio and kitchen window!

Fully stocked kitchen including microwave, toaster oven, blender, and Keurig. Washer and Dryer provided inside unit.

**No subletting, renter must be 25 years of age and must be on-site throughout the trip including overnight and may not reserve for those who are under the minimum booking age. Photo ID is required upon booking for the safety of guests and hosts.
**Quiet Hours 11pm-7am.
Parking pass required inside vehicle at all times.
There is a $25 fee for all lost proximity cards. No smoking anywhere on premises including e-cigarettes, vaping and marijuana.
If you bring more guests than claimed, you will be asked to leave immediately. We do not charge for extra guests but we do have a maximum occupancy set forth by our HOA. The unit can sleep a maximum of 6 people total. No parties of any kind. Disorderly conduct will require you to vacate the premises immediately with no refunds.
Report any damages immediately. Any damages that exceeds the deposit must be paid for by the guest.
We do not give refunds due to weather or natural disasters.
