This clean, centrally located condo is definitely a bargain. 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths with a brand new queen pullout in the living room. Just 6 miles from ASU and only 2 miles from Old Town Scottsdale. Close to shopping, restaurants, spring training, ASU and so much more. Amenities include on-site laundry, pool, hot tub, gym, saunas and BBQ areas.

Spring training 2024

Property is well located for the scheduled activities on our itinerary. Close to nearby very nice neighborhoods and parks. Biggest drawback is traffic noise. Condo is on a main thoroughfare with traffic noise. Overall, clean and convenient, new owner who was very accessible and close to nice area amenities.
