Gorgeous home, incredible gym

We had an amazing stay at Avara house. Every detail of the design is fabulous, and well thought out. The gym was the highlight. One of the best we have been in, in any hotel in the world. We enjoyed the soaking tub feature of the pool. The main pool however did not seem to filter properly, however. We enjoyed the shade of the patio, the fantastic grill, and the nice lounge chairs for sun. We would definitely stay again!

We have stayed at properties in Hacienda Pinilla since 2010, more than 12 properties, some multiple times. We met Joel of VidaPinilla in 2019 when he managed a property we stayed at n Las Brisas. He was a great manger then as he is in 2026. This property in Reserva de Golf was exquisite. The kitchen had everything we needed when we wanted to cook. The bedrooms were beautiful and comfortable. The outdoor spaces were amazing. For those seeking wellness, the sauna, cold plunge and gym are professional. We can’t wait to plan our next visit.

An Incredible LAST MINUTE family getaway!

Our family recently booked a very last-minute spring break getaway, and with two daughters who play competitive soccer, we were looking for something seamless, relaxing, and special. The team at Vida Pinilla exceeded every expectation. They handled our last-minute request with ease and found us an incredible villa—Avara. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away. The villa had absolutely everything we could have needed and more. It’s beautifully decorated and so comfortable, we honestly felt like we could move right in. One of the highlights for our family was the gym—it’s truly next level and perfect for morning workouts. We also felt extremely safe throughout Hacienda Pinilla and the Reserva de Golf community, which made the experience even more relaxing. The sense of community was wonderful—we even met friendly neighbors who invited us into their home. We highly recommend renting a golf cart, which the team also helped arrange for us on short notice. It made getting around easy and fun. We loved spending time at the Beach Club—the restaurant was fantastic, and every employee we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Our daughters especially enjoyed their surf lessons, which added another unforgettable element to the trip. We will absolutely be keeping Vida Pinilla in mind for future vacations and would love to return to Avara again.

We had a wonderful week at this property! The house is gorgeous and very appointed. The expansive outdoor space has many areas to relax, read, dine, sunbathe…The gym was unbelievable and we loved our daily workouts. We will definitely be back!
