Steps from the pristine white-sand beaches of world renowned Sand Key, Clearwater! Relax and read a book while relaxing in the Florida Sun! Enjoy your morning coffee on the spacious balcony with magnificent panoramic waterfront views! Enjoy a dip in the resort-style heated pool or go fishing off the marina. Hop on The Clearwater Trolley to go beach shopping nearby or take a ride to the many waterfront seafood restaurants up and down the beaches. Condo was recently renovated/furnished and has everything you will need including, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, a well appointed kitchen, smart thermostats, walk-in closet and 70" TV. Condo complex has beautiful pool and grilling area, bike storage, marina, fitness center/sauna and 24 hour gate access. All utilities, including cable/Internet, are included. Master bedroom has king bed and guest bedroom has queen and twin xl. The balcony is well appointed with table for 4 and lounge seating. Condo includes one covered and one uncovered parking spot. Monthly housekeeping is included. 3 month minimum rental and HOA application/background check required.

Why they chose this property

The beaches in Sand Key are a lot less crowded than the over populated touristy area of Clearwater Beach. The award-winning Sand Key Beach is an oasis of relaxation where you can relax. Clearwater runs a Trolley service that allows guests and residents to be able to conveniently travel up and down the beaches without the hassle of driving and trying to find a parking spot. The cost is only $5 for an unlimited all-day pass! It is an amazing service. I love the building we are in. Gorgeous building and surrounding area that offers amazing amenities and is very well-maintained.

Amazing location offering views from not only of the beach and the beautiful waters of Gulf of Mexico, but also of the expansive Clearwater Inter-coastal waterway, which offers amazing illuminated views in the evening!
