The huge 6BR/6BA house along with the back yard, BBQ and sitting area, basketball court, swimming pool and the outdoor hot tub is reserved primarily for guests' use.


Once at the property, locate the main entry door facing the street, use your unique 4-digit passcode on the Nest smart lock and gain access inside the house. Welcome!

The host does not reside at the property but reserves the right to visit the guesthouse in the corner of back yard commuting through the separate side entrance. Guests will be given full privacy within the premises of the advertised house. The host can make himself available upon need.
