The living area has a full-size sleeper sofa and cable TV, making it a comfortable spot to curl up for some down time. Light and bright, the eat-in kitchen overlooks the courtyard and has a desk perfect for planning out your day. With a tasteful mix of antique furniture, a cast-iron queen-size bed, and en suite bath with walk-in shower, the bedroom is a secluded retreat for two.

The rental was lovely. On the second evening we had upstairs guests who were very loud. We also attempted to use the gas grill and it was not working. We loved Savannah and the convenience of the location.

Savannah vacation

Comfortable, felt safe, Amenities were good. Pretty clean . The things that really matter were clean.Definitely has an old building odor but you go nose blind after awhile. Cute rental. We would stay again

Reason for not staying

We only stayed overnight and left the next morning before 10 . We cut the stay from 3days to 1 day. My husband and I both woke up stuffy and a slight headache. Must have been allergic to something in the apt.

The kitchen faucet dripped the entire time, and the bathroom sink was slow to drain. The information for the codes was incorrect and I had to call to get correct code.

Week of fun

Our stay started out a little rough as we needed to change where we were staying due to some issues with the original location but it turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Everyone was very helpful

Savannah stay

Had plumbing issues almost immediately but the property manager got us in a different location for the second night. Love Savannah and that area near Forsyth Park. Wish we could have stayed to enjoy the courtyard out back but it was a good place for one night.

Great spot (included parking major plus)

Great location for me and my partner for a week getaway from Atlanta! The location was walkable to many things and the unit had all the amenities we need. Very clean unit and looked as advertised. The unit is darker with minimal overhead lighting ( lots of lamps) so I could see how one bulb being out would make a difference. During our stay we didn't have any upstairs neighbors until the last night, it's an older building so you can hear your upstairs neighbors. Designated parking was a MAJOR plus. Overall great trip and would stay again !

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I REALLY wanted to love this place. When I saw the photos I thought it was so charming! The location was quiet (outside at least) and conveniently located. However, the noise from the upstairs apartment was outrageous and excessive. I contacted Lucky Savannah after 20 minutes of arriving because of the noise. It sounded like they were doing a Zumba class all day everyday. While I understand it is an old house, it went beyond simple creaking of floorboards. It was full on stomping, sounding like the tenants above us were about to fall through the floor and drop into our bedroom. My husband and I are deep sleepers and the noise from upstairs woke us up every night. I contacted Lucky Savannah again and they reminded the upstairs guests. Like I said, I wanted to love this place, but because of the noise, among other things, we will not be back. Also, the shower was very unclean when we arrived. There were what appeared to be men's shaved hairs all over the side wall where soap would go. The mattress was a little hard. I was pulling the bed down and noticed that there were stains on the back of the decorative pillows. The starter kit mentioned laundry detergent and fabric softeners. I couldn't find it so I texted Lucky Savannah and they were unresponsive.

Sweet Stay in Savannah

We enjoyed this cute little historic space while we explored historic Savannah! It was so convenient to have parking we didn’t have to worry about, and the courtyard and other amenities were pretty adorable.

Savannah Canterbury Garden

We love Savannah and the location of the apartment was excellent. Yet, we were disappointed in the condition of the property, especially given that we had stayed in this apartment on a previous trip. It was obvious that the property has not been maintained over the years. The courtyard was untidy, the kitchen had bare essentials, and lighting was poor throughout. There was terrible TV reception. The couch felt like it had broken springs on one side. The gas grill is falling apart and had not been cleaned in a long time. The property could be lovely with a little attention.
