Lovely Home in Ogunquit Village

Tucked in just outside of the main village area, this Ogunquit home offers a perfect place to relax and unwind, while being only a short stroll away from the beach, fantastic restaurants, shops, and the trolley stop!

This home offers a simple coastal style, both modern and comfortable. Upon entry, you're greeted by an open area highlighted by soaring ceilings and a beautiful brick fireplace. The living room opens to the eat-in kitchen and further expands into the sunroom - a perfect place to enjoy a meal in the dining area or relax and take in the summer sun. Off the sunroom, the rear yard features a paver patio and is surrounded by beautiful landscaping - a great space to enjoy a fire in the fire pit, cookout, and set up a few yard games. The first level is host to the primary bedroom, a full bath with walk-in tiled shower, and the laundry room. The second level contains 2 additional bedrooms, both spacious with vaulted ceilings and share a full bath.

Additionally, the home includes central air, WiFi, Smart TV (with YouTube TV and streaming apps), fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, beach chairs, and all linens and bath towels. Bring your own beach towels please!

Quaint Summer Home

The house is clean and inviting. It was a perfect size four our family of five. The center of Ogunquit is an easy walk, the beach a bit farther than anticipated. But overall, very walkable for us. I highly recommend this home for a family of four to six.
