Lovely home next to Disney!

This 2-story home is situated in a very quiet gated community (Fiesta key).

On the main floor: as you enter, you will find a nice cosy breakfast nook on the right, just next to the kitchen which is fully equipped (coffee machine, toaster, micro-wave dish-washer, pots/pans etc). The kitchen overlooks the living-room. 2 nice sofa are facing the TV. You will be able to enjoy Free Cable TV and Free Wifi.

Upstairs: 3 nice bedrooms: the 1st is a spacious Master bedroom with a queen size bed, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom, TV and large mirrored dresser. The 2nd has a double bed, closet and drawer unit. The 3rd is great for kids with two twin beds, clost, TV and drawer unit. There is a play-pen for baby.

Nice relaxation in the enclosed patio with table, chairs and lounge chairs.

Next to the clubhouse is a heated Swimming Pool with lounge chairs for sun bathing, tennis Court and Gym.

This house is perfect for families, couples, singles or retirees. It is very quiet and relaxing.

Very enjoyable stay

Great and nice place to stay with your family! We had a memorable experience in this great townhouse with our family of 3, during 19 days in December 2018. Clean and spacious this house has everything you need to have a comfortable staying. The condo is beautiful and secure. Sylvaine, the Owner, is a prompt person and has a good communication. So we would definitely stay in this house again.

Perfect, Easy, and Affordable

My parents stayed here just up the street from Celebration and very close to Disney. 3 great sized bedrooms and 3 bathrooms allowed for such a relaxed stay. Sylvanie was super duper communicative and I never once was worried about the trip or figuring anything out. My parents are already talking about staying here again next year.

Hot and leaking ceiling

The air conditioner unit said it couldn’t go under 75 or it would break and not have air. It was hot and miserable all night. I didn’t sleep the entire stay. Miserable. The ceiling leaked in the kitchen when someone showered. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here unless the air is fixed to a reasonable temperature and the ceiling fixed.

Elisha has stayed a few days in our place. We were not aware of Elisha's problems during her stay. We have had the air conditioning looked at, and we also have individual fans in each room. The leak came from the bathroom above the kitchen where so much water overflew from a shower or a bath that it went through. The mats were soaked wet when we went to clean. We are monitoring to see if this happens again and will obviously fix it. Apart from that leak discovered at the end of the stay, it seemed from my side that the stay was going well since they asked to stay one more night (which I agreed, and even said they could stay for free). We are sorry that Elisha felt that way.

Our Stay at Fiesta Key

We recently stayed at the property in late October to early November and found it to be an amazing place to stay. It was close to all parks with other destinations such as Kennedy Space Centre or Clearwater beach only a 90 minute drive away. Situated approx 35 to 40 mins from the Airport the property is close enough to all shops, restaurants and attractions but is still a very quiet and peaceful location to get away from everything at the end of the day. Sylvaine is an amazing host and stayed in contact with us throughout our vacation to ensure everything was ok and was.always on hand if we needed any advice. All in all, our Family Holiday simply wouldn't have been the same had we stayed anywhere else! I highly recommend this property to anyone thinking of staying in Orlando and very much hope to return ourselves very soon.

Wonderful home away from home.

We have stayed in Fiesta Keys at different properties. We love the area. It is close to everything but I love that it is away from the noise of the main streets. Walmart is close and easy to get to. Love the pool, never too busy and well kept. The property had everything we needed and we felt safe. Everything was clean and stocked enough for a few days. We will definitely book again!

The townhouse was absolutely amazing! Our 3 kids had a blast with having so much room. Having a separate dining area made supper easy for all 5 of us. There was a little pantry to store our food for the week long stay. The owner’s directions for going through the gate, getting in to the house and use of the clubhouse made a smooth vacation for us. We cannot wait to book next year’s vacation with them!

Condo is beautiful. Plenty of room. Has everything you need and more. We were able to cook breakfast every morning prior to leaving for Walt Disney. There is a Wal mart about 5 minutes away for all your shopping. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an awesome affordable clean condo.

Zeer net huis in de buurt van alle pretparken.

Het huis ontbreekt aan niets. Toen we s'nachts aankwamen stond er koffie en thee in de kast, je hoefde niet op stel en sprong naar de winkel. Er waren ruim voldoende handdoeken en beddengoed. De communicatie met de eigenaresse verliep ook zeer goed, kregen vrijwel meteen reactie op onze mailtjes. We lagen heel centraal, dicht bij Disney en alle andere parken. De supermarkt was ook niet ver. Het hek om de woongemeenschap gaf ook een goed gevoel. Het was er schoon en netjes. Als we nog een keer naar Orlando gaan komen we hier zeker terug. Dank.

Loved our "Second Home"

Everything was clean and comfortable and ready for us on arrival, even though we came in earlier than expected. The condo was very well supplied with everything we could possibly need during our stay. Close enough to the theme parks to be convenient, but out of the hustle and bustle of the hotel area. The surrounding area is lovely and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again.

We are a family of 6, with 4 children. We leave in Michigan. My husband is Indian and I am French. This cosy house is so precious for me because I still don't get used to Michigan winters!

Why they chose this property

Winters can be so long and cold in Michigan that we wanted a get-away in a warm place. We go there every year, and feel it is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy.

What makes this property unique

The house is very close to all the parks, shops, restaurants etc, very easily reachable. It is in a quiet gated neighborhood and is very secured.
What I enjoy about the place is that on the days we don't feel like moving, or when we come back from a visit, the children can go and swim, play tennis etc and make friends. We love going to the beach also which is an hour away. My husband is a big golfer and there are very nice golf courses around.
