Beautiful, new home 2 minute walk to the beach, 1/2 mile long pier & beach park. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors and lots to do in historic Pascagoula downtown just minutes away. Shopping, dining, boating, golf, sight-seeing, you name it, it's close by. Comfortable home built new in 2023 made for relaxing and unwinding with all the amenities included: WiFi, TV's for entertainment in all bedrooms and living room, comfortable sleeping for 6 adults and 2 children or any combination up to 8 people. Fully stocked and open concept kitchen with lots of room to spread out, bake, cook and entertain. Dining room table for 8 with seating for 4 at the island countertop. Bar/coffee station fully stocked with glasses and accessories for all types of drinks, just bring your favorites and enjoy! Large primary bedroom/bathroom suite for the one whose done all the work in searching and booking a relaxing vacation rental! Front and back decks with comfortable seating to sit and enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails, including a grill for outdoor cooking and hanging out. Great option for those who have the flexibility of working remote while getting to enjoy the coastal waters at the same time.

Excellent Home and Location

Beautiful home that is fully stocked with everything you want and need. Great location close to the beach and park, all are within walking distance. Hosts went above and beyond to accommodate our 1 year old making sure the home was baby proofed and provided a pack and play along with bedding. Hosts were easy to communicate with and checked in to make sure things were going smoothly during our two week stay. If we are ever in the area again we would definitely stay here again.
