Our home has southern charm with all the amenities a family or couple could want in a small cottage! The space
Beach Park Getaway is an 800 square foot home that boasts two bedrooms, one full bathroom, oversized entry, dedicated office area, living room, full kitchen with dining (eggs & bacon in the fridge) high-speed Wi-Fi through-out, covered patio with grill and furniture as well as access to exterior laundry room.

*Due to Covid-19, we are taking extra cleaning precautions to ensure the safety of our guests. If you have any specific questions, please feel free to reach out! * All surfaces, especially contact surfaces are sanitized with Melaleuca brand products, safer, more effective, non-toxic, eco-friendly.*

*We are dog-friendly with an additional $25 fee (per dog) Please let us know how many pets you are bringing. We also ask that you help us out by either keeping your animals off the furniture or by vacuuming before you leave. Although we LOVE animals desperately, We are very allergic to heavy shedding. This small task will help us in a big way!!! We know how important it is to have a space for them, too!*

For those requesting an early check-in, we will do our best to accommodate your wishes. However, we cannot guarantee that the property will be available any earlier than 4 PM. Thanks for being patient with us!

The entire home is available to guests, including the onsite laundry, covered patio and unfenced yard. (currently under renovation more pictures to come!)
Other things to note
Beach Park Getaway is in a residential neighborhood. Please respect this by keeping the noise level down. This property is not to be used for parties. If you need a space suitable for a party, please look for another listing that is able to accommodate that need.
Sleeping Arrangements -
This home sleeps up to 6 guests. There is a sofa sleeper in the living room suggested suitable for the kiddos, both bedrooms feature queen beds.

Living Room -
In the living room, you’ll find comfortable seating and all the things you’ll need to snuggle up and watch a movie or sit and chat with friends. A stash of blankets, books, games and puzzles, and smart TV are provided. Disney+/Hulu/ESPN will be logged in for our guests and you’re welcome to sign into any other subscription service you may have (just be sure to logout before you leave).

Kitchen -
This home features in kitchen dining which seats 6. Feel free to use the kitchen as you would in your own home. Oils, seasoning, cooking spray, cooking utensils, pans, glasses, cups, bowls, plates, pans, mixing bowls etc. are in the cabinets, blender, toaster, air fryer, rice cooker. There is a grocery store nearby! You’ll find a flex coffee maker in the space, complete with both k-cups and loose coffee, creamers, sugar, and sweetener. Enjoy!

Bedrooms -
In the first bedroom you’ll find a super comfy queen Sealy Posturepedic, a large walk-in closet which houses an iron and ironing board, room features a flat screen smart TV.
In the second bedroom, there’s another comfortable queen Sealy Posturepedic, closet and flat screen smart TV. Note: The nightstand lamps in both rooms feature USB ports!

Bathroom -
While there is just one bathroom in this home, it is a full bathroom, everything you need can be found here: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, washcloths, towels, and dark makeup cloths are provided to our guests, also a hair dryer and straightener!

Our home is close to restaurants , grocery, fresh seafood market, deli, live music, and a Family Dollar, just blocks away including several places to eat: seafood, barbecue, surf & turf, all within a four minute drive including 41 Acre Pascagoula Beach Park, marina, and fishing docks.
