The space
Discover the authentic local live of Mazatlan Casco Antiguo at our restored antique family house that dates form early 1900
With the heritage & love of our family (my Mother Rosario and my husband Granma Lupe) we took hands on restoring this antique house inspired in how their life could have been 70 years ago, taking deep care of every detail, looking for local craftsmen, restorators and with a collection of antiques from our lives. We hope your enjoy it as much as we did during this journey of restoration.
You will be at the very heart of Mazatlan Casco Antiguo where you'll experience walking distance either the touristy Plaza Machado & Olas Altas Romantic Sea Cliffs with their cafes, galleries & cantinas but also the more authentic, vibrant & unparalleled buzz of the Mexican everyday life in Mercado Pino Suárez to get fresh local food, restaurants for locals and all kind of souvenirs.
Our Casita is made as a haven to restore after hanging around all day through mazatlan to restore with a freezing cold beer and chilling at the pool with the company of your loved ones.

Guest access
You will have your very own Casita with full acceso to the pool, terrace and all amenities with total privacy. After your reservations a crew member will reach you out with all the details for your visit.
La Casita is one of those classic Balcony Houses of Mazatlan (those in the guides) at the top of a hill so to enter you need to take a couple of steps ( is very important to let you know that if you have special accessibility needs this might be a little of an issue )
Being an antique house at the Casco Antiguo we do not have garage so we highly recommend to park your car in parking sites near by (your host will let you know some recommendations).
