About the host
Hosted by Crystal
We live in Texas and fell in love with Costa Rica over 7 years ago and we decided to start part-time life in Costa Rica. My brother and I expanded to owning a home in Angel Fire, NM after we visited one time and fell in love with the Enchanted Circle. We absolutely love the mountains in Angel Fire, and the Pacific Ocean in Costa Rica!
Why they chose this property
This home is located on a flat piece of property up a mountain. There are homes on 1-3 acre lots in the near vicinity. The area comprises of mostly treed lots with a scattering of homes spread around the streets leading up to this semi-secluded space! Wildlife abounds where you may see mule deer, turkeys, and lots of different birds during the winter.
What makes this property unique
The home is located approximately 4.8 miles from the ski resort parking with excellent unpaved roads. The elevation of the home is 9,712 feet! During the winter, enjoy sleds and snow molds, and during the rest of the year a fire pit is welcoming on those cool evenings. During the winter months, a 4-wheel drive vehicle is required due to snow and ice. There is ample parking at the end of the driveway, beside the fire pit, and of course on the driveway. The driveway winds through trees giving you a great view of the property and the green field behind the property. Cameras are located outside the home for everyone's safety and benefit; there are no cameras located inside the home.
