Great property for a large family reunion. 24 total family members. Space fit us nicely. Boathouse was great addition. Traffic in Mooresville off 77 was heavy, but noise was right off main road in. Close to plenty of grocery stores. AvantStay checked on us throughout the process. If you have a large amount of people wanting lake front, this is the places.

Fantastic house for a large family. Location on this quiet cove is perfect. The house is well equipped with three large refrigerators and anything you would need for cooking. Beds were very comfortable. The ramp going to the pier does not have a rail, so be careful. The house is well equipped with lots of toys, games and activities for every age level.

Host was extremely welcoming. All the little extras are available at the house and plenty big enough for our guests to enjoy their time. Woulld 1000% recommend this stay if you are looking for a place on Lake Norman. Was an excellent experience.

Perfect lake getaway

The home is beautiful and has everything you need for a relaxing weekend away with family or friends. The views are stunning, and all of the rooms made for a comfortable and fun stay. The position on the lake itself is extraordinary, and the communication prior and throughout the stay was reliable, quick, and helpful. Would absolutely go back.

Multiple bedrooms allowed everyone in our group of 16 to have their own room.Kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware and utinsels.Kids (young and old alike) enjoyed all the arcade games downstairs.Some of our group took the kayak out on the lake.All in all the home met our needs and allowed us to enjoy our time together without no house issues to distract from that.

Great Property just as described in the listing if not better. Wonderful gathering spaces for big groups and a great fully stocked kitchen for those big meals. The Fire Pit was a huge hit!

A perfect weekend getaway for a group

This house was perfect for our group of 13 adults and 8 children. There was plenty of space for all to have their own space and to hang out in a group. We used the kayaks, fire pit, game room and the hot tub. Such a great house and view!!

Corporate Meetings

Fantastic house in a beautiful location. Great communication through the whole process. Enough bedrooms for the size of our group. Easily reachable from the airport. Enjoyed some time at the fire pit and even enjoyed some team building with some friendly competition on the arcade games and shuffleboard.

Early holiday

House is beautiful, and very comfortable for a large group. Arcade room kept the kids happy, and the hot tub and fire pit were awesome! Plenty of towels, firewood, and all the trash bags and cleaning supplies were well stocked. Management company was super responsive by text to any questions we had. We had a great vacation!
